May 19 - May 21Soulful "ZEN" Retreat at the Air Zazen Dojo

　A ZEN RETREAT WILL BE HELD BY RIO MATSUMOTO, A POPULAR YOGA INSTRUCTOR WHO REGULARLY APPEARS AT LARGE YOGA EVENTS IN JAPAN AND ABROAD, AS WELL AS IN VARIOUS YOGA MAGAZINES.　

A mind-free journey to simply feel the scenery, the form, and the soul as they are.
In addition to morning yoga, recovery yoga, and night relaxation yoga, a New Moon Night Meditation will be held with Hand Pan artist Reo Matsumoto at the Aerial Zazen Space on the night of the new moon, the day the journey begins. This will be a special wellness retreat where you can experience yoga and soulful rhythms with your whole body and mind.
